Yes. With every package we move your website, database and email free of charge. Usually within 24 hours and without downtime.
Start, Smart, Pro and Expert are usually ready within fifteen minutes of payment; your login details arrive by email.
Each web hosting package is intended for one website with one domain name. Subdomains and email addresses on that domain name are included. If you want to host several websites, order a package per website.
Every package includes a free Let's Encrypt certificate that renews automatically.
Hosting runs per year and renews automatically. You can cancel up to 14 days before the renewal date, in the customer panel or by email; everything keeps working until the end date.
In European data centres. Your data therefore stays within the EU and is protected by European privacy law (GDPR).
We do not simply take your site offline. You are notified once you use 80% of your storage and can then upgrade or clean up. Traffic is unlimited within normal use; we do not charge extra for occasional spikes.
